Blood Tests and Website Audits

We had the pleasure of performing a website audit on a popular online blood testing service and identified a number of areas for improvement, which once implemented improved their user experience and search engine rankings.

We looked at redesigning site navigation and taxonomy (categories) for improved user experience and product discovery, as well as rewriting copy on site pages to differentiate context, provide clear call-to-action and easy checkout (focus on essential pages and ignore redundant pages, such as pharmacy products, etc.)

We also identified SSL certificate issues on the existing site, as well as outdated cookie consent and GDPR support.
